Cultivating Conversation, Episode 10: Leonard Downie Jr. wraps up marijuana investigation

The final episode of Cultivating Conversation, the News21 podcast, was released today.

Leonard Downie Jr., the editor of News21 and vice president at large of The Washington Post, sits down with News21 journalist Rilwan Balogun and host Katie Campbell to talk about why the editors chose marijuana as this year’s topic for investigation.

Downie is perhaps most well known for guiding Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein’s coverage of the Watergate scandal in the 1970s. He has played a role in numerous journalistic investigations, including six News21 initiatives.
